Chamber of Commerce minutes - 1978
These minutes form a board meeting of the Huachuca Del Norte Chamber of Commerce in 1978 discuss the upcoming July 4 events, the new welcome sign, and other issues.
The Chamber of Commerce was incorporated as a non-profit in 1976 with offices at Fountain Plaza. In June, 1981, the Chamber was dissolved, and members were invited to join the Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce.

This newsletter was a publication of the Huachuca Del Norte Chamber of Commerce and has information about businesses operating in the area during that time and other town news. It also gives background about the library, which was located at the school in 1980. Plans were in the works at that time to move the library into a building that had been obtained from Fort Huachuca.
